How does it work? Typically we will agree a number of days work at the outset to deal with the pressing issues that brought us together. Then it’s a case of meeting regularly, perhaps twice a month for a few hours, until the project is complete, the business has control of its own future and we are only required on, perhaps, a bi-annual basis to touch the tiller.
